Our Resource Services department partners with many local agencies to provide comprehensive resource services available throughout Tulare County.
The Bethlehem Center utilizes the extensive services of 2-1-1 Tulare County connects our communities with resources, services, and opportunities, through the non-emergency 2-1-1 phone number, a comprehensive website, and a mobile application:

The Bethlehem Center provides many services, but there are many services that the Bethlehem Center does not provide.
When people are looking for help, there is usually a resource out there that can assist you, whether it be utility assistance, pro bono legal services, or other matters. We will try our best to direct you to the best possible resource.
