Lighting a Fire of Hope: Randy’s Story

February 12, 2018

Day in and day out we try our best to help our guests fill the basic needs that we all deserve: food, clothing and hope. It recharges us to hear that the work of the Bethlehem Center is making a difference in someone’s life. Thank you to Randy for sharing your story with us below!

“My name is Randy Borchardt. I am 58 and consider myself sold out for the whole route. This place and the people who make this happen along with their forefathers of faith are the love of my heart and life.

I know the difference when I am truly loved. I know when love enters my life and into my heart. I know I am loved and protected and truth is always spoken with corresponding action. I love that!

The Bethlehem Center has lit a fire of hope, faith and love within me; with every tick tock of time worth living and running the race set before me.

Thank you so much. Shalom.”
